English Translation:
For every shooting star I see, I am making a wish.
I hope that everyone who is sick is healed and that they would be free to leave the hospital.
I hope that justice will be served to those who are oppressed by the system that only looks at the rich.
If ever possible, magical shooting stars.
Author’s Notes:
1. This prompt list is from Putimbulak on Twitter. I have permission from him to take this out of Twitter as I wish to do the prompt challenge here instead. (You may either click on the image or the link above to be redirected to his page.)
2. This particular muntikatha (microfiction) piece is new. I wrote this in response to everything that is happening in this world. I know there are more wishes to be made and more shooting stars to see (the last time I saw shooting stars, I saw four in plain sight) but with a 280 character limit, I only have room to include two.
3. I added an English translation for our foreign readers.
