English Translation:
After the strong rains and winds that brought storms, sickness, and suffering, we will see the rainbow that brings joy and peace.
So hang in there. Do not be carried away by the wind. Fight against the raging waters.
We will rise again.
Author’s Notes:
1. This prompt list is from Putimbulak on Twitter. I have permission from him to take this out of Twitter as I wish to do the prompt challenge here instead. (You may either click on the image or the link above to be redirected to his page.)
2. This particular muntikatha (microfiction) piece is also posted on my personal Twitter account.
3. I added an English translation for our foreign readers.
4. I actually had fun translating this piece. Did you see the alliteration? I did not plan that at all. It just happened.
5. I will be posting the other two days within 24 hours, hoping to catch up with the daily challenge.
