It’s easy to say that there are lots of things to be thankful for and be happy about everyday. Letting it come out from the mouth is more facile than putting it inside your head.
However, at the end of the day, it’s still your choice and may also depend on how you handle your thoughts. It will never be easy for sadness and happiness always come together.
Before I start my class, I always ask my students “How’s your day?”. I don’t know why but it’s important for me to know if they had a good or a bad day. Yes, we cannot really avoid having a bad day and it’s okay to admit and talk about it.
Sometimes, simply letting it out can make you feel better and turn that bad into a good day for you’re finally about to sleep in peace hoping for another new day tomorrow.
Your thoughts matter may it be good or bad. I just hope that at the end of the day, you were able to at least have one reason to be happy and excited for tomorrow!
