BEHIND THE STAR EXPERIENCE

Who would say no for a FREE ENTRANCE???

First, you can see the history of Heineken and how do they brew their alcoholic drink made from malted barley, several adjuncts and water through fermentation by yeast. ( confirmed info from http://www.heinekenhungaria.hu/en/brands/brewing-process)

It was December 29, 2017 when we tried to enter in this Heineken experience called “Behind the Stars”. We got attracted because aside from the long lane, it says FREE ENTRANCE so we tried to follow the lane and to our surprise, Heineken really did a good job on this one. Just perfect for a Christmas season in a country full of tourists mostly from western countries.

Then, we just got inside the brewing world of Heineken 🙂

This area let us smell the aroma of crushed malts. Actually not sure if there’s yeast on this part already hihi. One thing for sure, they said that yeast is the heart of beers.

At first, I was just mesmerized of the scenery since the whole room is full of lights. I do love lights hehe but to my surprise, in each bulb (that’s how I thought it was), were crushed malts and since I’m no longer listening, I’m not really sure if this one has yeast already. But for sure, it smells so good.

Then, one of the most enjoyable part for me is the ball pit 🙂 I always do want to enter inflatable slides and playgrounds for kids but of course, adults are not allowed and I always wished that there was this big ball pit or inflatable slides that is suit for adults. Unfortunately, I haven’t found one until now but at least there is one in here wohooo.

I’m not really sure why there’s a ball pit area maybe that how it feels to be brewed? haha but I definitely love ball pits!
This area is actually the fermentation process and it’s really cooling in here but sorry that we weren’t able to feature everything.

After that, we actually went into a dark room with some silk clothes that is very pleasant to the eye as if there are jellyfishes around but of course it’s not about it haha. I guess, that’s the fermentation process.

It was just a snappy tour and info gathering about Heineken. We actually went here a few hours ago before I fetch my aunt from the airport. But this place actually changed my perception about beers a little bit. Like, it wasn’t really a bad thing and it just depends on how you use it. And I also realized that there are just things that may be so simple for us but valuable for other persons. That some really gave their hearts and passion on what they do while others think that it’s just a common normal thing done or known in general.

It may appear to be just a normal exhibit experience but for me, it means a lot because for a short period of time, I had the chance to enjoy the moment again without thinking about anything nor worrying for something.

END OF THE TOUR! 🙂
