5 Things to Keep in Mind Everyday!


1. IT’S A NEW DAY

-Everything  that happened yesterday already passed by. Waking up with a new ray of sunshine is a sign of hope and life that our creator has given us. We might still have unsolved issues from the past but there’s no reason to whine up for it again. Today is a chance to do the right thing!

2. BE GRATEFUL

-It’s quite fulfilling to start a day by simply saying “Thank you”. It means a lot for you to have that energy and do your daily routine or surpass another battle of your everyday life. It may be hard at times to see the good things especially during the bad times but it won’t harm to try right? Appreciation may help you realize how blessed you are!

3. BE HAPPY

-How to be happy with so much bills to pay, heavy traffic on the way, loads of work without proper compensation, annoying sounds of stupid words and many more? Adulthood was overwhelming, it gave us so much that we almost forgot how to find true happiness in our hearts. But the good news is, it’s just right there! Waiting for you to choose her at least today!

4. SPREAD POSITIVITY

-This is really simple, there’s already so much negativity in the world right now so can we just let it be and do our part to make a better environment for everyone especially for ourselves? Positivity can at least save our sanity!

5. RECAP AND CONNECT WITH GOD

 

-At the end of the day, it won’t hurt to have a summary of what we did and didn’t do for us to have a room for improvement. Seek help from Him if you have to, Thank Him for that another meaningful day (and that is up to you!), And feel His comfort until you have a good sleep and be ready for another tomorrow!
